A stunning series of concerts by Taiwan’s National Symphony Youth Orchestra!
With Maestro Jun Märkl and renowned violin virtuoso Richard Lin 林品任, 100 future superstars from Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and the U.S. performed amazingly at NSYO’s 2024 Summer concerts. Only 13-24 years old, the young musicians’ discipline, precision, and synchronous performance were as good as or even better than many adult professional orchestras. Opportunities to perform abroad and work with such celebrated artists are vital to the growing virtuosos’ education, and we trust each of them will come away from this event inspired. This tour, Chenter Foundation provided support for five U.S. residents/citizens to participate, and we’re thrilled to see them grow and shine so brightly on stage.
Following our belief in the positive power of music, Chenter Foundation also invited 57 beneficiaries from Taiwan’s Vision Impaired Society (社團法人台北市視障者家長協會) and the Taipei Children Cancer Foundation (財團法人中華民國兒童癌症基金會) to NSYO’s Taipei concert, and Friends of ASD Families to the Singapore concert. We hope these emotional performances can become a source of strength in their lives.
Thank you everyone for the wonderful nights! For more concerts like these, subscribe to our production arm, Licha Stelaus Productions, for up-to-date news.
